Forget it - you are a selfish brute unable to love others. Everything you do is for you. You are totally deceived about what is called "love."

At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. (Titus 3:3)

God is love and the only source of power to be able to love others.

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)

In case you haven't noticed even with the all the talk about "love" hate is on the increase. In the Christian Church or out, it is very chilly.

Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, (Matthew 24:12)

God's love in a church will look like this.

All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had.  (Acts 4:32)

Stop being a big-baby about your things and opinions.

No, the church does not own everything and this is not brainwashing.

This is real powerful love where everyone chooses individually to live a life of love by God's power.

All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had. (Acts 4:32)

God's love worked through someone's life takes time. Love builds up whereas it is easy to get puffed up in Bible knowledge.

Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.  (1 Corinthians 8:1)

Godly love creates selfless servants.

The greatest among you will be your servant.  (Matthew 23:11)

God's love working in a believer's life will look like this.

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.  (1 John 3:16)

Those who claim to be a Christian but will not obey what is on this site do not love. The greater the obedience to God's Living Word the more that person truly loves others.

This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,  (1 John 5:2-3)

Most churches and believers spend their talk on excusing why they do not obey a Scripture. Such do not live a life of love.

Do not be taken in by those who are race baiting society unto more hate.

All races are sinners and no man owes another repatriations for past generations. Such is in truth vengeance, not love.

If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.  (1 John 4:20)

Only living in the love of Jesus will all identity bias go away.

Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.  Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.  (Colossians 3:11-12)

It takes real effort to guard the love of God in one's life and church.

Indeed it takes real courage and real surrender to God to live a life of love.

This is why it is seldom seen these days as the love of most grow cold.

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love.   (1 Corinthians 16:13-14)

The love of God flows through hard work. Not interested - then please go away.

If you desire the good fruit of love then prepare yourself to be taught from God how hate your own life as you pick up your cross while following the will of God.

Fruit, good fruit takes time to develop and if you desire love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control then you had best get started right now surrendering all to the Living God. After all, there are no short-cuts.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22-25)

Heaven in only about selfless love. Hell is for those who have given themselves over to love of self.

All Bible doctrines, all prayer, all works for God, all come down to one thing.

The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. (Galatians 5:6)

Fear and need is why we first come to Jesus. Those who refuse to press on towards perfect love for God remain in that fear.

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18)

This is why those who fall away or refuse to repent always whine that "that church" only produces fear.

Those who die to sinful self while walking on the narrow road fully fall in love with God.

Thus perfected love drives out all fear. These are the kinds of lovers of God that Jesus came to redeem.
