If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters–yes, even his own life–he cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:26)



Note: This is a godly, holy love that not everyone will appreciate. Fact is, Jesus told us that toward the end of the world all mankind will hate true Christians.  As the illustration depicts the old lady with the Bible are those “Christians” who live as enemies of the cross of Christ. [2] For, as I have often told you before and now say again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. (Philippians 3:18)

All men will hate you because of me. (Luke 21:17)
